I had a haircut and color today, and my hair came out so great! Despite the challenge of transforming a very dark hair to a light color, Carmen and her team worked together to get the color that I wanted to have + a nicely done haircut! I had a haircut and hair color today at this salon. Great experience, took me without an appointment and they were prompt and professional. Ambiance is friendly and the product used was organic giving my hair a vibrant tone. I’m very happy with the final look and definitely will be returning to this salon.

Love this place. The staff is friendly. Eileen is the person that cuts my hair. She does an amazing job. She is the only one I trust with my hair. Also the prices are really reasonable and like I said they all do an amazing job there.

I have been going to this salon for Cut & Keratine for a few years. All 3 of the ladies who have done my hair have done an excellent job and the result is beautiful and lasts months. Also, they are very friendly and treat their clients very well. Owner Carmen stays current with the newest and best products out there so I am always confident my hair will look great. I drive all the way from Oakland to San Bruno because they do such a great job. Thank you ladies!!

My other reason for going there is they are open on MONDAYS when everyone is closed around where I live. I was fortunate when I called. They were not busy on a Monday afternoon. Still, I called them and spoke with Carmen, who was very polite and friendly on the phone. I went there and learned San Mateo Ave was busy as usual, but it's good to know they have a back door connected to the big parking lot where the famous huge produce store is. I parked at the back and used the back door. That time two people were working, I asked for Carmen, and she was taking care of another customer. I thought I would wait, but she asked the other worker to prepare me, like washing my hair, etc. Honestly, I liked the idea that one person is not doing everything or I need to wait till my stylist is free. I am sorry I forgot the other person's name who washed mine. She did a good job. As soon as she was done, Carmen came and did my hair styling and asked me a few questions, and actually gave me a free sampler to use during my traveling. I was delighted with their quick and friendly service. Their prices are a bit high, but altogether I was happy with the job done by these two ladies. I will recommend this place especially good to know someone is available on Mondays. Thank you so much, Carmen and team.

Amazing experience. I was taken care of very well by Doris and Norma who worked on my hair color. As I am Asian I have dark hair and they were able to highlight my long hair in such a good amazing of time. I’ve never been this light blonde and I’m in love. Doris and Norma are very sweet and super amazing at what they do. They pay special attention to the integrity of your hair when bleaching and I appreciated that very much!!! A great experience and I am definitely going back for touch ups. The salon stylists really communicates well and listens to what you want.
